Took our time getting reading and saying goodbye to Dowa, Mingma, Ongmo and the rest of the family.
Gave the girls 20NPR each to buy some more bubblegum after they spent all of yesterday blowing bubbles from the same piece!! Started walking back down, bumping into a lady who we had met in Dingboche and we recommended Lake Side Lodge to anyone who would listen!!! 
Stopped in Machhermo for a hot drink (in the same lodge we stayed in before – they were so glad to see us return that they gave us a second cup of tea for free!!) before continuing to Dole. I took the big bag to give Jayne a rest and ended up falling over once and slipping several times on the trail. 
Had lunch at the same lodge we had stayed in in Dole and, again, got a second cup of tea for free!!! A slightly tough 2 hour ascent to the end of our day saw us at a tea lodge that had teddies and stuffed toys nailed to the wall… Very ‘Blair Witch Project’!!
